(Wall Street Journal) Ian Talley - The U.S. on Friday sanctioned two Lebanese businessmen, Nazem Said Ahmad and Saleh Assi, who have channeled millions of dollars to Hizbullah by using the African diamond trade and high-value works of art to launder money.
