U.S. Seeks Normalization of Ties between Israel, Arab States
(Jerusalem Post) Omri Nahmias - The U.S. is actively pursuing normalization between Israel and numerous Arab countries, a senior White House official told the Jerusalem Post on Sunday. "We are getting close on our work on normalization," he said. Currently on the agenda are non-belligerency agreements with Israel, direct flights between Israel and Arab countries, and allowing Israeli officials to attend events in Arab countries. "We have been working behind the scenes to get it ready," he said.
