German Police Arrest Syrian Doctor for "Crimes Against Humanity"
(Deutsche Welle-Germany) German federal prosecutors arrested a Syrian doctor, identified only as Alaa M., for suspected crimes against humanity, they announced on Monday. The man was a suspected member of the Syrian military intelligence agency who worked in a regime prison.
