Death Toll Rises in Beirut Blast

(Radio Free Europe-Radio Liberty) The death toll from a massive explosion that ripped across Beirut on Tuesday has climbed to 137. Dozens were missing and at least 5,000 were wounded, the Lebanese Health Ministry said Thursday. Beirut's governor, Marwan Abboud, said on Wednesday that as many as 250,000 people lost their homes as a result of the explosion.
