Israel Deploys Laser-Defense System on Gaza Border Amid Surge of Incendiary Balloon Attacks

(Israel Hayom) Itsik Saban - Israel's Border Police on Tuesday deployed the new Light Blade laser system designed to intercept incendiary and explosives-laden balloons and kites launched from Gaza. The laser has an effective range of 2 km.
