The PA Is the One Building in Judea and Samaria
(Israel Hayom) Nadav Shragai - In the past few years, the Palestinians have been spreading out in Area C of Judea and Samaria (West Bank), which is officially under Israeli defense and security as well as civil control. They are working in an orderly, consistent, and well-funded manner. Hundreds of thousands of dunams of state land have been grabbed. Palestinians are also building tens of thousands of homes at the most strategic points.
