Biden Called Off Strike on Second Military Target in Syria

(Wall Street Journal) Gordon Lubold - President Biden had ordered the Pentagon to conduct airstrikes on two targets inside Syria on Feb. 26. Then when women and children were spotted in the courtyard at one of the sites, Biden scratched the target but ordered the other strike to proceed.
