Saudi Sheikh Calls Hizballah Operations "Illegitimate"

[MEMRI] Writing in the London daily Asharq Al-Awsat, prominent Saudi sheikh 'Abd Al-Muhsin Al-'Obikan wrote that Hizballah had no authority to declare jihad, and that the damage caused by its actions outweighed any benefit they might produce.
