IDF Thwarts Palestinian Stabbing Attack in West Bank
(Times of Israel) Judah Ari Gross - A Palestinian "assailant got out of a car, armed with a knife, and tried to stab an IDF soldier" at a bus stop in Gush Etzion in the West Bank on Monday. The soldier opened fire and killed the man, identified by the Palestinian Authority as Faleh Mousa Shakir Jaradat, from Sa'ir near Hebron. The driver of the car that transported the assailant to the scene turned himself in to Israeli security forces.
