UAE Official to Israel's Knesset: "There Is No Way Back from the Abraham Accords"
(Asharq Al-Awsat-UK-Middle East Monitor-UK) The Israeli Knesset on Monday hosted an Emirati parliamentary delegation led by the head of the Federal National Council (FNC), Ali al-Nuaimi. Nuaimi said of the Abraham Accords, "It's not only a political agreement; it's not an issue related to security and defense; it is an agent of change for the whole region. We believe that our region has suffered a lot, and it's time that we take the lead ourselves in creating a better future for the new generation." "We want to have full engagement in all sectors with you to promote peace, security and stability. There is no way back from the Abraham Accords, no repeating of history. We want to create history. We want to engage with you in all sectors, in all speed."
