Ukrainian Family Who Hid Girl during Holocaust Now Helped by Her Grandchild

(Newsweek) Alexandra Schonfeld - Two Ukrainian refugees, Lasia Orshoko and Alona Chugai, have found refuge in Israel with Sharon Bass, granddaughter of Fanya Bass, a Jewish girl who was hidden from the Nazis by Maria Blishchik in Ukraine. Orshoko and Chugai are Blishchik's granddaughters.
