U.S. May Pursue Iran Sanctions Even if Russia Balks
[Washington Post] Glenn Kessler - Secretary of State Rice signaled Thursday that the U.S. is willing to risk a breach with Russia if the Russians do not soon sign on to a UN Security Council resolution to punish Iran for its nuclear activities.
