(Daily Caller) Kate Anderson - The Omariya Secondary School for Girls in Qalqilya was established in 2009 via funding from USAID. The school held a ceremony on Jan. 30 commemorating the "hero Khairi Alqam" who killed seven Israelis near a Jerusalem synagogue on Jan. 27.
