U.S. Strike Kills Senior Islamic State Leader in Syria

(Stars and Stripes) Khalid 'Aydd Ahmad al-Jabouri, a senior ISIS leader responsible for planning attacks in Europe and developing the group's leadership network, was killed Monday by a U.S. strike in northwest Syria, U.S. Central Command said.
