Iran Exchanges Heavy Gunfire with Taliban on Afghan Border
(AP) Jon Gambrell - The Taliban and Iran exchanged heavy gunfire Saturday on Iran's border with Afghanistan. Videos showed Iranian forces firing a mortar, as well as Taliban troops firing American-made machine guns at an Iranian border post. Other Taliban fighters drove armored vehicles left behind by NATO forces.
