3 Injured in Rocket Strikes on Kiryat Shmona
(Times of Israel) Emanuel Fabian - Three Israelis, including a 5-year-old girl, were injured when a rocket fired from Lebanon slammed into a home in Kiryat Shmona in northern Israel on Thursday. Dozens of rockets were fired in several barrages, with some intercepted by the Iron Dome air defense system. Earlier in the day, two anti-tank guided missiles were fired at Kibbutz Manara. Gunfire was also heard near Zar'it. The IDF responded with artillery shelling and airstrikes toward the sites where the attacks originated.
