Palestinian Clans May Temporarily Administer Gaza

(Times of Israel) The IDF and Israel Security Agency reportedly favor a plan for Palestinian clans in Gaza to temporarily administer humanitarian aid and resources for their local regions after the war to remove Hamas ends, Israel's Channel 11 reported Monday.
