Israeli Women Fight on Front Line in Gaza
(New York Times) Isabel Kershner - Capt. Amit Busi, 23, commands a company of 83 soldiers, nearly half of them men, in one of several mixed-gender units fighting in Gaza. Her search-and-rescue engineers help infantry troops enter damaged and booby-trapped buildings at risk of collapse, as well as help evacuate wounded soldiers from the battlefield.
