International Court of Justice Rejects South African Request to Rule Against Israeli Offensive in Rafah

(AP) Mike Corder - The International Court of Justice on Friday rejected a South African request to impose urgent measures to safeguard Rafah in Gaza from an Israeli offensive. Israel has said it will evacuate the civilians before attacking the last remaining Hamas stronghold. Israel says it does all it can to spare civilians and is only targeting Hamas militants.
