Vancouver Comics Festival Bans Jewish Artist over Past IDF Service

(Canadian Jewish News) Sam Margolis - The Vancouver Comics Arts Festival has banned artist Miriam Libicki from appearing in the event because of her previous service in the Israeli military. Her autobiographical comic series, Jobnik!, published in 2008, looks at her service in the Israeli army during the Second Intifada.
