Hamas: We Won't Stop Arms Smuggling or Weapons Development

[Jerusalem Post] Hamas spokesman in Gaza Ayman Taha told the Dubai-based Al-Arabiya that Hamas will stop rocket fire if Israel lifts the blockade on Gaza. Nevertheless, he said that Hamas would not stop arms smuggling or weapons development.
