Prominent Palestinian family names include: Almasri - Egypt; Masarwah - Egypt; Hourani - Hauran in Syria; Sourani - Tyre, Lebanon; Dibini - South Lebanon. Bushnaq - Bosnia; Iraqi - Iraq; Zarqawi - Zarqa, Jordan; Al-Karaki - Kerak, Jordan; Trabulsi - Tripoli, Lebanon; Abayat - Turkey.
