(Ynet News) Gilad Cohen - In May, the Palestinian Authority petitioned Israel's High Court of Justice to annul Israel's Victims of Hostile Actions Compensation Law which permits bereaved families to claim financial compensation from entities funding terrorism. The Court is scheduled to hear the petition on Aug. 4. Attorney Barak Kedem, who represents nearly 300 bereaved families, said, "We will fight to have this petition dismissed outright.
