Palestinian Authority Fails in Attempt to Arrest Top Islamic Jihad Official in West Bank
(Ha'aretz) Jack Khoury - Palestinian Authority security forces attempted to apprehend Mohammed Jaber, the leader of the terror group Tulkarm Brigades, in the West Bank on Friday, but were forced to retreat upon encountering resistance from armed men. Jaber, a high-ranking Islamic Jihad official, was hospitalized after sustaining injuries while assembling an explosive device. Jaber is known to have seized vehicles and weapons from PA security forces.
