Member of Scottish Parliament Expelled from Scottish National Party for "Unacceptable" Gaza Posts
(BBC) John Mason, 67, a Member of the Scottish Parliament for the Scottish National Party, has been expelled from the party after posting on X that there was "no genocide" in Gaza. His post also said: "If Israel wanted to commit genocide, they would have killed many, many more." He later told the BBC's "Good Morning Scotland" that the situation in Gaza was "nothing like" previous examples of genocide.
