Israel Kills Hizbullah Operative behind Assassination of Lebanese Prime Minister
(Ynet News) Lior Ben Ari - Salim Jamil Ayyash, convicted of leading the hit squad that planted a car bomb killing Lebanese prime minister Rafic Hariri in 2005 on orders from Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah, was killed in an Israeli strike in Syria on Saturday. The U.S. had offered a reward of $10 million for information on his whereabouts.
