IDF Kills 13 Terrorists in Jenin, including Perpetrators of Attack which Killed Three Israelis
(Jerusalem Post) Yonah Jeremy Bob - The IDF and Israel Security Agency killed 13 terrorists Wednesday in and around Jenin, including two directly involved in murdering three Israelis and wounding eight others on Jan. 6 near Kedumim. A senior IDF official said the mission of neutralizing the main terror cell in Jenin has led to changes in the rules of engagement, combat engineering efforts, and the use of air power. IDF soldiers are allowed to be more aggressive against fleeing terrorists, combat engineers could be more aggressive in clearing dangerous areas, and far more drones and helicopters could be involved.
