Israeli Intelligence to Help Ecuador in War on Cartels

(AFP-Le Monde-France) Ecuadoran President Daniel Noboa said on May 8 that Israel and the UAE had agreed to provide intelligence "to help" fight cocaine traffickers that are terrorizing his country.
