Israel expects to complete strikes on its list of top military targets in Iran in the coming days. Even if a diplomatic deal is reached with Tehran, Israel is prepared to strike Iran in the future if the regime moves to reconstitute its nuclear-enrichment program or build up its ballistic-missile arsenal, Israeli officials said.
