"Durban II" UN Racism Conference to Be Held in Geneva

[Washington Times] Betsy Pisik - The UN Monday moved the venue of its second anti-racism conference from Durban, South Africa, to its European headquarters in Geneva in an attempt to dampen the raucous anti-Israel public expressions that marred the 2001 conference.
