Iran Interior Ministry Official Defects, Calls for U.S. Action Against Regime
(Iran International) An official at Iran's Interior Ministry has defected and joined the protests, urging President Trump to intervene against the Islamic Republic, he told Iran International on Sunday. He said he witnessed the use of live fire against protesters, adding that the scale of protests on Jan. 8-9 was unprecedented.
