U.S. Is Withdrawing All Forces from Syria

(Wall Street Journal) Lara Seligman - The U.S. will complete the process of withdrawing all of its remaining 1,000 troops from Syria over the next two months, American officials said, bringing an end to a decade-long U.S. military presence that fought Islamic State.
