Gunmen Open Fire near Israeli Consulate in Istanbul, Three Attackers Killed

(Jerusalem Post) Mathilda Heller - Gunmen opened fire near the building housing the Israeli consulate in Istanbul on Tuesday. Three attackers were shot and killed by Turkish security forces, while two police officers were injured. The consulate has been closed for at least two years and is currently unstaffed, a spokesperson for Israel's Foreign Ministry confirmed.
