U.S. Launches Fresh Attacks on Iran on Friday
(Wall Street Journal) Alexander Ward - The U.S. launched a fresh attack Friday on Iran one day after Tehran struck a ship in the Strait of Hormuz. "U.S. aircraft struck Iranian missile and drone storage locations and coastal radar sites after Iran hit M/V Ever Lovely on June 25 with a one-way attack drone," U.S. Central Command said. President Trump said on social media Friday that Iran fired at least four attack drones at ships transiting the strait on Thursday. The U.S. shot down three, he said. "Obviously, this is a foolish violation of our ceasefire agreement," he wrote.
