U.S. Supreme Court Won't Halt $655 Million Judgment Against Palestinians over Attacks
(Reuters) Andrew Chung - U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor denied a request by the Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation Organization on Monday to halt $655.5 million in damages that Palestinian authorities were ordered to pay plaintiffs in a U.S. civil lawsuit concerning attacks that killed and injured Americans in shootings and bombings in Israel from 2002 to 2004.
