Israeli Youth Are Highly Motivated to Serve in the IDF
(Jerusalem Post) Esther Davis - 77% of young Israelis feel "highly motivated" to serve in the IDF, with 57% saying they were highly motivated to serve in a combat unit, the highest percentage in 10 years, according to an August 2026 survey conducted by the Israel Defense and Security Forum (IDSF). Over 60% view the IDF as a "victorious army," while 13% disagreed.
